Setup Recommendations
The Seated Calf PL0190 is an essential piece of equipment to complete the leg routine. To keep the gym tidy and functional, we highly recommend pairing it with the Weight Plate Rack PL0095, which shares the same design and reinforced tubing, creating a training area that is aesthetically consistent. To maximise performance, use our Bumper or Cast Iron Spart Plates, ideal for the machine’s 150 kg capacity.
