The warranty extends up to 24 months from the date of delivery, for Rigs, structures, cages, machines, benches and flooring, except as a consequence for improper use: scratching, chipping, denting of metal parts, oxidation from contact with chemical detergents, rusting from contact or consequence of wet environments, lack of maintenance and/or lubrication on parts subject to wear.
The warranty extends up to 12 months from the date of delivery for accessories and consumables (products in metal, plastic, polyester, polyurethane, nylon, neoprene, vinyl, PVC, leather, rubber, fabric, cotton, wood, hemp) except improper use: repeated falls to the floor, contact with a concrete floor or surfaces with sharp edges, rubbing, storage in a wet or dusty environment, or outdoors. Opacity, deformation, color change, deflation, rusting are to be considered normal deterioration processes associated with the use of the product.
Any problem with the products occurring during the period considered under warranty on the products must be communicated in writing, with the appropriate photographic documentation attached, to the following email address: marketing@zunfit.com.
Any defects found within fourteen days of receipt of the goods must also be reported in writing to the aforementioned email. Pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 and Legislative Decree 21/2014 – implementing Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights which came into force on 14/6/2014, the customer has fourteen days from delivery of the goods to request their return, replacement or to request a refund. In this case the goods must be intact and sent to our warehouses in their complete original packaging at the customer’s expense. A copy of the invoice must necessarily be attached to the return in order to proceed with a replacement or refund.
