The SPART Hex Bar is the essential tool for those looking to perform deadlifts and shrugs with optimal biomechanics. Thanks to its hexagonal design, it allows the athlete to position themselves within the load’s center of gravity, distributing weight evenly. Consequently, tension on the lower back is drastically reduced compared to a traditional barbell. This version shares the same reinforced frame as the upper series, ensuring absolute stability even under heavy loads.
Rotating Grip and Compatibility
Unlike the Premium version, the SPART Hex Bar features a single handle that, while fixed to the structure, rotates on its axis. This feature allows the grip to follow the natural movement of the wrist during the lift, reducing friction and improving grip comfort. Additionally, the bar offers unique versatility: the outer 50 mm sleeves are removable to reveal an inner 25 mm pin. Therefore, the bar is compatible with both Olympic plates and standard weights.
Raised Loading and Performance
One of the distinctive features of this model is the special configuration of the sleeves. In fact, the plates do not touch the ground when the bar is resting, allowing for quick and effortless loading and unloading. The structure boasts a maximum capacity of 300 kg, ideal for pure strength and powerlifting sessions. To maximize safety and protect the equipment over time, we strongly recommend use on high-thickness rubber flooring, which ensures perfect grip and excellent shock absorption.
